Fun Pass - A Year of Program for Less

For a single payment of $90, Brothers will receive the Ajapeu Fun Pass which covers admission to three Ordeal Weekends, the Fellowship Weekend, the Lodge Family Banquet and Lodge Dues. At $90, purchasing the Ajapeu Fun Pass saves $17 or over 15% compared to the standard event fees.

How To Get a Pass – Lodge Members who want to purchase a Fun Pass must see Chris Fosmire, Associate Lodge Adviser (Administration) at any Ordeal Weekend or Fellowship Weekend. Passes will only be available to members who have paid dues in 2009 and are currently registered with BSA. A pass will only be provided once a cash or check payment is received. The Pass will show the program year covered and the recipient’s name.

Pass Availability – Passes covering the 2010 calendar year are available online. The 2010 passes will also be available at the May and August Ordeal Weekends as well as the Fall Fellowship Weekend. These passes will cover all 2010 Lodge events as listed above starting with the 2010 Family Banquet and ending with the Fall Fellowship Weekend.

Using the Pass – Fun Pass holders must register for events with the standard registration forms but need not submit payment with registration. Please be sure to check the “I have a Fun Pass” box in the payment section when registering. Members need not present the actual pass when registering; the Lodge will maintain a list of current pass holders.
